Answer: Yes, we start to make clothes after receiving your payment. For some old customers,we usually start to make clothes after receiving the purchase order.

Question: How soon can I receive my goods?
Answer: If you choose Fedex global posthaste. We guaranteethat you can receive the goods within 13-15 business days since we confirm your payment If you choose Postal air package delivery. We guarantee that you can receive the goods within 40 business days since we confirm your payment

Question: Can you rush the order?
Answer:Yes,we can!We can guarantee that you can receive the goods within 7 business days! You must choose the Fedex global posthaste! And we will charge you extra fee! 18USD for 1 piece

TAX Question
Question:Does Efushop charge for tax?
Answer:Efushop does not impose ANY tax on our customers. However, customs tax and duties may or may not be charged to the customer once the package reaches the destination country. This is a random process and very rare in our experience with worldwide customers. Rates range from a few percentage points although we cannot accurately determine how much these fees will be since it varies from country to country. Normal business practice is for the customer to be responsible for custom duties.
AS A SIGN OF Efushop however, should a package be liable for duties, you may then fax us your tax receipt and WE WILL REIMBURSE YOU HALF THE AMOUNT !

Returns Policy
Question:Can the goods be returned?
Answer: Yes. If you are not satisfied with the ready-made clothes, you can return it to us within a week provided that it hasn't any abrasion. We will refund your payment except the delivery fee. The returning expense will beborn by the customers themselves.
The custom-made clothes, except waster, can't be returned

Question:Can I exchange items?
Answer: If you wish to exchange an item, simply send it back to us AS NEW! You can exchang any item you like! If the price of the new item is higher than the original item you returned ,you should pay us the banlance!

Question:Who pays for shipping exchange or return items back to efushop.com?
Answer:The customer will be responsible for shipping their items back to us, whereas we shall be responsible for re-shipping exchange items back to you. Thus, we suggest you make careful selections for clothing before you finalize your order. Please refer to the appropriate size chart information when ordering clothes.

Question:What if my package is damaged or has a manufacturing defect?
Answer:All solid products are carefully wrapped with utmost care to ensure a safe delivery to their destination. In the rare event that you encounter goods damage, you may contact our staff for assistance.

Remedy for mistake made by the www.efushop.com
Answer: If the clothes has serious scratches on it or the custom-made clothes is out of size enormously, they can be regarded as waster. Customers can return such goods to us or exchange it for qualified goods. Our shop will refund all your payment, including the delivery fee. The returning expense is also born by us.
If the unfitness of the custom-made clothes is due to the wrong measurements given by the customer who doesn't adopt the correct measuring method recommended by us, the customer should take full responsibility for the consequence.
For example:Miss xu wants to have a cheongsam made to order. She tells us her bustis 86cm, waist is 64cm, and hip measurement is 90cm. She choosesthe standard tightness. Then the three measurements of hercheongsam should be 93-94cm, 68-69cm and 94-95cm respectively.The allowable error is 3cm, which is to say the threemeasurements can be 92-96cm, 67-71cm, and 93-97cm.
If she doesn't receive a cheongsam of such size, she can ask for an exchange.She can post the waster to us and we start to make a new cheongsam for her immediately. Then when we deliver the new clothes to her, we will remit the returning expense to her .

The www.efushop.com should alter/remake the garment as soon as possible and ship it back to the Client by Speedpost.
* IMPORTANT! -Due to variation in properties and calibrations of different monitors, the colors on the screen may not 100% reflect true colors of the fabrics. Certain color variation should be expected and thus under no circumstance color variation would be considered an error. The color of the picture is a little different on the each screen! We can't promise it is 100% exact like what you saw! The Client understands and agrees that the above-mentioned remedy would be the full and final solution to the problem.

1)Question:How to have clothes made to order?
Answer: We fully respect customer's choice. Those who want to have clothes made to ordercan choose style, material and button of your clothes. Then we'll make clothes at your requirement.
Those customers can enter "style page" first and click the superlink of the order form,which will produce a purchase order for custom-made clothes.Customers choose the style you like and fill in the order form with its number. Then you can shift to material page and fill in the order form with the number of the material you choose. Finally, choose the button and fill its number in, too.Besides, you can also choose the tightness of your clothes. With your tacit approval, we will choose the standard tightness for your clothes. At last, please put the amount of your purchase,the price and the sum of payment in the purchase order form.
The most important is to fill in the purchase order with your body measurements needed for your custom-made clothes. On the left side of every page of custom-made clothes there is a superlink of measurement. Click it and you can find the measurement items for every style of clothes.

3)Can the ready-made styles be custom-made?
Answer:Yes,they can!You had better order them by Email! we can also make the ready-made styles according your measurements and requirements!
You can order cheongsam custom-made in the same styles as the ready-made cheongsams , but with the fabrics and lengths of your choice.

4)How do I pick the right size of the ready-made styles?
Answer: We have two charts!
One is a chart fot the Body(Body measurement referrence)
The other is a chart fot the Ready-made clothes Size(Ready-made clothes Size referrence )
"Body measurement referrence" can tell you which size fit you!
"Ready-made clothes Size referrence " tell you how big the clothes will be!
For example :If you bust is 31inches,waist is 241/2 inches,hip is 33 inches,shoulder is 15inches!
Please look the "Body measurement referrence" Size M can fit the people of the bust 301/2inches-321/2 inches (from 301/2inches to 321/2 inches ),the waist 23inches-25inches,the hip 33inches-35inches, the shoulder 151/2 inches! Your bust is in between 301/2inches-321/2 inches! Your waist is in between 23inches-25 inches! Your hip is in between 33inches-35inches! Your shoulder is smaller than 151/2inches!
So you can choose the Msize!

"Ready-made clothes Size referrence " just tell you how big the clothes will be! If you don't know how to pick the right size ,you can tell us your bust-waist-and-hip measurements. We will recemmend you a right size! If your measurements aren't in between the Body measurement referrence,you have to need a custom-made clothes!
Any requirements of changing the Ready-made clothes,except changing the Clothing Length, it will be seem a custom-made clothes!

5)Question: If I choose a favorite style on other website, can I have it made to order in your shop?
Answer: We can make most of the styles, so you just e-mail us the style pattern.
