| Why
do we make this return policy?
eFushop
offers garments that fit most of our customers (you
can find the comments of other customers in the guest
book and the ebay
feedback), but we do not eliminate the possibility
of unfitting dress and unexpected color/quality problem.
The online tailor-made is a reactive process between
eFushop and the customers. There would be various reasons
on both sides that may lead to unexpected results, such
as the different measuring behaviors that lead to unfitness
and different computer monitors that lead to color deviations.
Before you order, please take some time to learn some
basic measuring knowledge and make serious decision
on product selecting to avoid future costs. |

eFushop provides refund & exchange under accidental
situations.
The customer agrees with the following Return Policy and
does transaction with efushop on the basis of all the
mentioned terms. |

| If the customers want to refund or exchange the products,
they have to send back the products within a limited
period (usually 5-7 days) after they receive
the parcel. The detailed periods are listed in clause
8 and clause 9. Receiving date is the day the customer
consigned the parcel, which is recorded by delivery courier¡¯s
log file and the efushop delivery system. But they can
draw the complaint latter. |

| The customer can draw the complaint by email or fax.
After receiving it, eFushop will start an investigation
on the order and confirm the settlement for the case. |

| For possible refund, efushop use Paypal
to pay. This is because Paypal payment is instant
and our customer can receive the refund in 24 hours after
the case is concluded. The customer CAN also choose credit
card refund, if he or she uses credit card to complete
the previous transaction. But the procedure would take
more than a month. |

| If a customer REJECTS payment to efushop
for the previous transaction, on his or her credit card
bill, he or she thus loses the opportunity to get necessary
help and assistance from efushop to settle the case and
efushop keeps its right to get the products back, furthermore,
efushop may ask for compensation if the dress is not returned
under good condition, unworn and clean. Such behavior
may also leads to membership blockage on efushop websites. |

| The dress can be refunded or exchanged ONLY
IF it is RETURNED NEW WITH TAG, CLEAN AND UNDAMAGED. |

EFUSHOP DOES NOT HAVE FULL REFUND RESPONSIBILITY
FOR GARMENTS IN TAILOR-MADE SECTION AND THE CUSTOM-MADE
TAILORING MODE GARMENTS!
*But if you get trouble on a custom-made dress,
please contact our staff and we ensure 0you that we¡¯ll
help you with the correction or any necessary guidance.

For Ready-made tailoring mode (standard size)
garments, you may require:
* Refund
Return the products to efushop, and get 100% refund (freight
fee excluded). The customer needs to send out the returned
product(s) within 7 days after the parcel arrives and
afford the returning freight fee.
* Exchange
Return the dress to efushop, and get an exchanged one
at the same price. Customer needs to afford the returning
freight fee. We will pay for the re-send freight fee for
the first time. If the customer wants to exchange the
products for several times, we will not pay for the re-send
freight fee from the second time on.
* Free correction
Return the dress to efushop, and our tailor will correct
the original dress according to your option. Customer
needs to afford the returning freight fee. We will pay
for the re-send freight fee. |

For garments in tailor-made section and the
custom-made tailoring mode garments, you may require:
* Refund
Return the products to efushop, and get 60% refund (including
the freight fee) after the parcel arrives. The customer
needs to send out the returned product(s) within 5 days
after the parcel arrives. efushop will afford returning
freight of no more than $20(customer¡¯s returning delivery
bill is required).
* Exchange
Return the dress to efushop, and get an exchanged item
at the same price. The customer needs to send out the
returned product(s) within 5 days after the parcel arrives
Customer need afford the returning freight fee. Customer
also has to pay a $5 handling fee and the re-send freight
fee for the first time. If the customer wants to exchange
the products for several times, we will not pay for the
re-send freight fee from the second time on.
* Free correction
Return the dress to efushop, and our tailor correct the
original dress to fit the customer¡¯s size. Customer needs
to afford the returning freight fee. We will pay for the
re-send freight fee. |

How to return, exchange or correct the dress?
¢Ù Write an email including all the flowing points:
*Name
*Order Serial Number
*Order date
*Receive date
*Reason to complain
¢Ú eFushop will answer your complaint and inform you what
settlement you can get according to the specific case.
¢Û Return the dress as per instructions you get from eFushop.
¢Ü When eFushop receive the dress, we do the refund, exchange
or correction according to the settlement.
¢Ý eFushop refund the order or pay for relevant cost, or
the customer pay for relevant cost, via Paypal or direct
credit card payment. |
