Thanks for your advice. Efu had made many dresses, and had many customers. Above 98%

customers approve of our quality, handwork, and service. 

Our employee had investigated this matter. On her order, we only found one lace similar her

requirement. But on her cost for swatches, we also send other sample fabric: satin, 

organze, and so on. We did only send one piece lace，but her did not mention that we 

send other sample. On the final wedding dress, we did use lace. The material, the 

component are same. Just the pattern is not same. Because our designer think that  match

better than first lace on the wedding dress. 

On this order, we have segmental responsibility, so when her accuse us.  Our company 

refund partial cost to her credit card. 

We keep her charge on our feedback, let all people see it. Our company not only accept the 

good advice, also accept the bad advice. And we will settle the problems when customers 

had any  discontented with the dresses.

this is a horrible tailoring company for tailor made dresses.  i communicated several times, even making long distance phone calls.  and in the end the dresses were not the same as the designs that i sent.  i paid money to for efushop to mail me several choices of fabric swatches.  they only mailed me one type of lace and in the end, did not even use lace.  when i emailed to complain about this, this message was sent back to me:

"You should know the final dresses could not same as the picture."

if i had known this i never would have ordered from this site at all.  this is a warning to anyone who is thinking of ordering a tailor made dress.

Your website is best! I had bought one dress last year!
